Monday, 30th April 7.00pm – 9.00pm, Prince of Wales, Drury Lane
Do you have an adventurous spirit? Do you dream of adventure?
The Wellington Adventure Club seeks to bring like-minded members of the Wellington Community together to bring the spirit of adventure alive within our community. To be inspired, to plan adventures, to embark on expeditions and regale the tales of our own.
There are many within the community who love to embark on journeys, big or small, that stretch our comfort zone, both mentally and physically, and enable us to experience new cultures.
Sadly, it’s not possible to be adventuring all of the time, but we can still be armchair adventurers! Being inspired and motivated by others, and their adventurers, and explore the world from the comfort of London.
The first meeting will be an opportunity to hear Julian Thomas, the 14th Master of Wellington College, talk about his ski challenge across Antarctica. It will also be an opportunity to talk about how we can develop the Wellington Adventure Club into a thriving society.
