On Speech Day you will have an opportunity to view an exhibition of the exciting new housing initiative that we are launching, some of which are available for private sale.

Works have recently started on a new residential development of 36 properties within the College grounds, adjacent to Duke’s Ride and Bowman’s Court.

The development will enable the College to provide 25 high quality properties (to be known as Hougoumont Gate after the famous location at the Battle of Waterloo) to new and existing teaching staff. This much needed accommodation will also provide an opportunity to rationalise the College’s currently owned and rented properties within Crowthorne and Sandhurst, freeing up much needed housing in the local area for surrounding communities.siteplan

The sale of the remaining 11 properties (to be known as Victoria Place after our founder) will not only fund the teacher accommodation but should also generate a surplus which will be reinvested into the College’s own building programme for educational facilities.

These 11 properties will initially be offered to the Wellington College community before being launched to the public. An exhibition exclusively for the Wellington College community will be held on Speech Day at which you can register your interest and the selling agents will be available to discuss Victoria Place and to answer any questions. If you would like to register your interest prior to Speech Day, please visit victoria-place.co.uk.
