Lucy Webb, Head of College, has this to say about the prefects’ recent trip to Transylvania.
“Although the prefects thoroughly enjoyed our recent trip to the beautiful and peaceful Transylvanian wilderness, one of the few downsides was that we met a stray dog, now named Wellington, who was suffering from a broken leg and a nasty sore. Although he hadn’t yet received any veterinary treatment for these injuries he was very friendly and very brave – and seemed to want to make friends with us.
You can imagine how overjoyed we were to discover that not only has Wellington now received the treatment he needed, but is soon to arrive on British soil – and is up for adoption. If anyone has a bit of room for this lovely addition to a home, we would all be incredibly happy, and I’m sure you would be too!
